I know the week has just started, and I'm already excited for a long weekend this weekend. Do not have any special plans, the only thing I know is that I want to spend my days with Johan and do great things together, eat good food and take long walks.

Have been blogging since 1998 and moved my blog around through the years. Since 2010 I'm on blogger and this is my 1000th post here, so many - wow!

I made a larger pair of slippers, you find them here :)

Spring is here and I'm still wearing slippers indoors as I stopped heating up the place a few weeks ago :)

Wow, I'm overwhelmed with the feedback I got on the slippers, thank you so much for your kind words and orders! I'm busy making a few more which will be listed in the shop later this week! Different sizes this time :)

Weekend was lovely celebrating Johan's birthday. Pictures from a few days ago at Café 9, they always have such pretty flowers in their beautiful café.

Slippers are listed in the shop and will be available at 4pm Berlin time. They are handmade by me (crochet) and so warm and soft.

Approx 24 cm / 9.4".
Fit shoe size 37-39 // UK 4-6 // US 6.5-8.5

I will most likely make larger and smaller sizes pretty soon :)

Hello from my kitchen!
Arounna from Bookhou sent me two gorgeous pouches, I love them. We have been following eachother online for so many years, I love the internet for bringing good people together :)

How was your weekend?
Mine was great, spent a lot of time at home, finishing Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas which my sister told me to finally read. It was OK, I have serious problems finding books great after reading The Goldfinch (Donna Tartt), it's a masterpiece.

Swedish food

Untitled
Kalles Kaviar, smoked fish roe spread, amazing with eggs. A funny clip about Kalles.

Untitled
Dried reindeer, my mum gave me a piece for my birthday.

Untitled
Cloudberry jam, berries picked by my dad.

Untitled
Goes so well with porridge. Dad has given me another even more luxorious jam made of arctic raspberries, such an intense amazing taste.

Weekend soon! x

Kitchen & Studio

Untitled
A corner in the kitchen where I read and listen to music, to the right is the first Buttcrack Character I made (knitted, not chrocheted). That garland brings back happy memories from a birthday celebration with my family last summer.

Untitled
It's been very messy in my studio - took this picture the other evening. The past few days I've been going through stuff and organizing a lot. An old post about how I work - the where has changed since then, only to another room though :)

Searching for colours and having coffee

Untitled
This morning I joined Johan for a walk to Pberg. I was searching for beautiful colours.

Untitled
Looking forward to trying this one, sounds promising.

Untitled
Oderberger Strasse.

Untitled
We went to Bonanza to have coffee and check out what it looks like these days.

Untitled
This part looks pretty much like it used to (=beautiful!).

Untitled
The brew bar is new and there is so much more space and places to sit. Great!

Untitled
The espresso macchiato was lovely.

Passing by a great looking entrance.

Walking down to Mitte on my way back.

So few of these facades left.

Back in the studio now and it's time to do some offline work, what are you doing today?
